The manufacturer of your furniture warrants to you, the original purchaser, that the goods shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship attributable to manufacturing for a period of one year from date of purchase. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received, from exposure to weather, extreme atmospheric conditions including water, salt air, chemicals accidents, and any use for which the product was not designed is not covered under the warranty. Warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions.

This warranty applies only when you have purchased your merchandise for your own normal indoor household use, and not for resale or commercial use, which includes rental, business and institutional or other non-residential use. Proper care and usage are essential to preserving your rights under this warranty. This warranty does not apply if your merchandise is damaged by the use of detergents, abrasives or other harsh cleaning agents. Refer to our Product Care Guide available online at our Web-site.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations or pet damage.

This warranty does not cover products designated "AS IS" at time of purchase.

Because of craftsmanship or use of natural materials in products, normal variations can occur from piece to piece. This warranty does not cover such differences. Nor are variations from printed illustrations covered.

We will not be liable for any loss, expense or damage other than to the furniture itself that may result from a defect in the furniture because of the natural materials used in the manufacturing process, and the fact that the product is generally handmade, minor variations will occur from piece to piece. These are not considered defects under this warranty.

Stone and marble contain vein-lines, hairline fissures, pores and color variations that are natural characteristics and are not considered defects under this warranty.

Sunlight will cause wood, finishing materials, and fabrics to change color – these changes are not considered defects under this warranty.

Direct contact with petrochemical products, (nail polish remover, alcohol, etc.) will damage the finish – such damage is not considered a defect under this warranty.

Woven materials, including but not limited to wicker, sea grass, and other similar materials are comprised of individual strands that can move, causing unfinished areas to show under the strands or the finish to slightly peel where it bridges between strands. These characteristics are not considered defects under this warranty.

Our products are not designed for outdoor use. There may be images in catalogs that showcase items in an outdoor setting. This is for creative purposes only, and not an indication that the product is suitable for outdoor use. Damage due to exposure to outdoor elements is not considered a defect under this warranty.

Wood Furniture

Because wood furniture is a product of nature, characteristics such as knots, grain variation, color variation and mineral streaking are not defects and are thus not warranted. Any wood coatings, protections and sprays applied by the consumer or third party voids any warranty.

Metal Furniture and Detailing

Abrasive scratches disturbing the finish and resulting in rust or tarnishing are not covered.

Marble and Stone

Nature's own imperfections such as random mineral streaking and color variation should be expected (and desired) and are not warranted.

Glass and Minor Components

Natural glass manufacturing characteristics such as small air bubbles, surface waviness and light pitting are to be expected and are not defects. Glass tabletops should not be used as a seating option.

Upholstery

All upholstery warranties are effective from date of purchase and available only to the original purchaser, provided that the piece is upholstered in the original covering. Coverage is subject to normal use under normal conditions. The coverings warranty does not include pilling or wrinkling nor does it include fading, stains, cracking, flaking, peeling from spills such as (but not limited to) acids, solvents, dyes, ink, paint, or other corrosive chemicals, body oils, and/or body fluids. We caution consumers against improper cleaning, abuse, negligence, application of chemical products, and exposure of coverings to sunlight, bright light or extreme heat. Except where intrinsic to natural characteristics of fabric (e.g., velvets, silks), warranted against nap loss and marking. All COM (Customer's Own Material) and merchandise subject to after-market protective treatments excluded from warranty.

Coverings Leather: Warranted against splitting, seam slippage and dye transfer. Nature's own characteristics such as wrinkling, marking and variations in grain or color are not covered. No two pieces of leather are exactly alike. Variations, markings and change in color/fading occur naturally and are not defects.

Mattresses

Do not remove the "Law Label" attached to the product. Contrary to popular belief, it is not actually illegal to remove, but it does contain coded information used to identify the mattress. The warranty coverage runs from the original date of purchase and varies by model. The warranty code is found on the law label attached to the product.

Always protect your mattress and box spring from soiling and stains. Soiling and stains void all manufacturer warranties. The manufacturer will not service or replace any item deemed unsanitary, as the law prohibits the handling of such items.
